Technical Requirements
The Virtual National Conference will be hosted on the Bigger Together Attendee Hub, which is compatible with the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox. Be sure your device is up-to-date with one of these latest versions.

Bigger Together Attendee Hub
Don’t stress about how to get to your virtual sessions and workshops. Access everything through the Bigger Together Attendee Hub and your personalized schedule of events for the week are located there. Direct links are provided to your sessions and workshops. Just click and join your sessions. Easy!
Customize your profile - Before the conference begins, be sure to login to the Bigger Together Attendee Hub and customize your profile. Add a photo of yourself and a short bio!
Calendar Settings – Sync your agenda to your preferred calendar! Just a friendly reminder that the online calendar may reflect Eastern Standard time. Be sure to adjust for your own time zone. When you click on the “All Sessions” page, find the toggle on the top left that allows you to switch over to your own device time.

Pre-Conference
Pre-Conference activities will begin Monday, June 21st. Be sure to check the Bigger Together Attendee Hub and save any sessions to your calendar that may fall during this week.
Virtual Exhibit Hall
We are excited to announce that this year’s Exhibit Hall can be accessed through the Bigger Together Attendee Hub. With the ease of clicking on the Exhibitors tab, you can visit the Exhibitors, make one-on-one appointments, and learn about their offerings and services. Each vendor will have their own custom portal allowing them to display products, share resources, share videos, and schedule appointment functionality. Speed Networking-Happy Hour
On Monday, June 28, the Virtual National Conference will feature an exciting speed networking opportunity for attendees to network with each other through Run The World, a fun and innovative platform that matches attendees with each other for rapid rounds of one-on-one chats. In each round of chat, attendees will be randomly matched with a new person. This is your chance to meet fellow BBBS staffers from all across the country.
Don’t miss out on this entertaining and unique way of meeting other conference attendees and engaging with fellow peers. To be included, make sure you select the “Happy Hour: Networking Special Event” when you register for the conference.
Bigger Together Celebration
On Thursday, July 1st at 7PM EST, the Virtual National Conference will culminate with a virtual celebration! This event can be accessed through the Bigger Together Attendee Hub and also live on social. This event will feature musical entertainment, celebrity appearances, and the unveiling of the National Bigs and Littles of the Year! Be sure to add it to your calendar!

Are you unable to attend a live session you're interested in? Viewing session recordings in the Bigger Together Attendee Hub is easy! Just click on All Sessions in the top menu, select a session, and hit Replay to watch.

Be sure to use #BiggerTogether on your social media post and share your photos, insights, and inspirations throughout the week.
You can also join our Merrell Great Outdoors Month Challenge this week by posting a picture of someone from your agency attending the Virtual National Conference outdoors and including the tags #GreaterOutdoors and #BiggerTogether! One agency will receive $5,000 from Merrell! All Great Outdoors Month Challenge winners will be announced in the July 2 Network News.
